Vectr7 brings together a unique blend of differing expertise, perspectives and backgrounds. We each bring fresh ideas and robust, healthy debate to the table. But we are - battle hardened through a longstanding togetherness - completely aligned in terms of values and our vision for the firm and our portfolio.
Throughout the firm, there are consistent touchpoints of trust and longstanding partnership. Our principals have been investing together for nearly 10 years, having previously built another investment firm; investing across two funds in the process. They have closed over 50 investments, including 12 exits. Founders we have previously invested in are LPs in our Funds. C-suite execs we have worked with are now Operating Partners supporting our portfolio. Our Board has over 100 years of experience across 4 continents as well as a previous working relationship with our principals dating back over 15 years.

Dominic Wilson
Founder and Managing Partner
Dominic has been an institutional investor in the real assets sector for nearly 20 years. He spent the first part of his career in private equity, working for Curzon Global Partners (now Tristan Capital), AEW Europe and Savills Investment Management. He also completed his MBA at London Business School.
Dominic used this experience to co-found, alongside Mary, a previous investment firm focused on technology in the real estate sector. As Managing General Partner, he sat on its Board and Investment Committee as well as the boards of several portfolio companies, including Office App B.V. where he was ever-present until it was acquired by Hq0 Inc. Dominic has been investing in technology companies for over 10 years, including as an Angel.
Dominic is a Trustee for Centre for London, a passionate golfer and a proud father of two daughters.
Mary Criebardis Singh
Founder and Managing Partner
Mary started her career in the commercial real estate sector, working for Colliers International in both Canada and Brazil. She then completed the MBA program at INSEAD before moving to London to work as Head of Operations for two early-stage technology companies, one of which exited.
Leveraging her expertise in both real estate and start-ups, she co-founded (alongside Dominic) a previous investment firm focused on early-stage proptech ventures, sitting on its Board and voting on its Investment Committee. Mary has been investing in technology start-ups for over 10 years as both an Angel and an institutional investor.
Mary loves spending time with her three young children and enjoys travel, cooking, and outdoor activities.
